97 CRV Weak Air Conditioner on Highway Speeds
Hey guys,
I was having an issue on my 97 CRV with a very weak AC, blowing out warm air. So I've recently replaced the in cabin filter, as well as the AC Compressor and had the lines vacuumed and re charged. The thing blows cold when sitting or at speeds under 60, but over 60, it seems to warm up and is a bit weak. What could cause this? Any ideas to check out??? It's 105 and I'm burnin up here...

I would check that your belt isn't broken , When I had my z/c engine the placement of the timing belts would wear out my a/c belt causing the same issue. The cold air is probably just normal fan temp air but as the engine creates more heat that is what your getting is the excessive heat from your engine. That is my guess

Turns out it was the old rusted radiator. It wasn't bad enough it was leaking, but was pretty well rusted out, inside and fins falling apart. Replaced and it's all good now. Actually had to turn down the air in 100 degree weather cuz I was getting cold.
