Default 2003 honda crv obd2 question code error 1167

Hi I have a crv and I have a few obd2 o2 sensor problems.
http://www.obd-codes.com/trouble_codes/honda/
I checked this link and I have this two codes
P1166
Primary HO2S (No. 1) Heater System Electrical
P1167
Primary HO2S (No. 1) Heater System

So I read on other people's posts that I need to replace my o2 sensor. I replaced it today by using a brand new 61 dollar 4 wire bosch o2 sensor and it cleared one code. P1166 is gone. Yet, P1167 is still popping out every minute after I clear code. Any comments? the o2 sensor is brand new I do not know why there is a problem. I connected the wires like the diagram said and I dont know what else it could be.

P1167
Primary HO2S (No. 1) Heater System

this is all i see every 5 mins

The sensor you bought is no good. '02+ CR-Vs are very sensitive with the air:fuel ratio signal circuit and the heater circuit, so the system requires a specific oxygen sensor to work properly. A spliced-in universal heated sensor just won't provide the correct signal.

You need a Denso 234-9005. As of today, you can buy one for $101 with free shipping on Amazon.com.

I have a 2000 accord EX, 4 cyl auto, ulev. I had code P1164.
Bought a Denso 234-4620 sensor and cleared the code. The CEL came back this time with code P1167. Did I buy the wrong sensor?
I would appreciate any help or suggestions.
Thank you

Stick with OEM. Might cost little more but it's worth it. Make sure connector is connected. Sometimes 02 sensor connectors might seem like it's on but you need to push in hard to get the "Click". If everything is installed correctly and still have the code, then I'm afraid you need to replace it again =(

234-4620 is the primary sensor for the non-ULEV model. You need a 234-9025 for the ULEV.
