Default ZC problem

Does anyone know any good info on doing timing belts on ZCs? Ive searched and searched every link I click on tells me to do something different, I've adjusted the timing on this ZC like 10 times and still its not acting right, only Codes I have are IAT and coolant temp sensors. It starts up idle is a little high but not too bad but when i tap the throttle rpms just drop like fuel cut off or something. Any suggestions?

as for the IAT..clr the ecu and start up the car..if it comes on right away...
its just a broken sensor.
