Didnt know the alternator was some what of a pain remove. I thought it would come right out but i removed the brake booster. Reason i removed it is cause i got a b7 swap from my buddy but he didnt tell me the bolt to adjust the alternator was stripped. It screached bad it was loose as fukc.

Ya it does take a lot of patience and time to persuade the passenger side harness and components to cooperate and play nice with all the other wiring and crap on that side. But for not having to hack up all my wires and do ten times more work,, i found a way to look past the stubborness of the wireharness.
Keep up the good work and dont forget to post some good pictures once your finished. Im looking forward to seeing the final product

Easier, to me, to remove the axle rather the brake master/booster to remove a alternator. Just my $.02

pulled my headliner yesterday to fix my roof that some one stood on a long time ago and bend all the webbing... got that fixed. then cut a hole for my da map light, got that wired up. then pulled the auto belts out of my car, threw them in the garbage. installing a set of non adjustable manual belts from a hatch since the pillars are different for 90-91 sedans than 88-89. going to finish that up now then install my system

so has anyone relocated there battery to the trunk

im thinking about putting my fuse box by my ecu and i figure it will be

easier to have the battery in the back im running a sub anyway so i have

the wiring going from the bay to the rear what i dont get is how do you

run the bigger gage wiring into the fuse panel on the posotive side ??

Only pic of the relocate I could find for some reason. 0-Guage run from battery to starter then smaller (OEM scrap) running from starter back to fuse box next to my ecu. 200A fuse. No problems for more than a year now.

Found the better pic...

Here's a few of the fuse box. These were taken when I had a question about the terminal that is missing a wire in the top pic, figured out it was the alternator. The pic of the starter was before I ran the wire from the fuse box, but just imagine another wire piggybacked on the starter terminal.
