Hey guys, I want to install my walbro 255hp pump in my crx si today. But problem is I cant find any info on pieces that I need.

I have the pump, only the pump, and 12" or wire connected to it, no rubbers like in this xenocron picture



Is that black rubber piece needed or will it be on the stock assembly I pull out and I can use that??

I wanna do this today so please somebody know or just throw some advice out there

use hose clamp/s to secure the pump on to the hanger.

make sure the filter bottom lies(slightly touches) the tank's bottom surface.

I just need to know if I need that rubber black piece in the walbro kit, if its needed, or if my stock assembly will have one I can re-use

I dont want to drop the tank and have to put it back together because I cant install my walbro without that piece

You will want the complete install kit from Walbro, it will suck to drop your tank and come to this realization

Ya I decided to hold off and Im glad I did, looks like I would have needed that rubber piece anyways.

always get the walbro pumps with the install kit. if your seller has a clue they sell you both at the same time.

What is the proper walbro install kit for out 89-91's? Cant find the number
