Default auto to standard swap...starting issues

hey guys so i recently completed doing a auto to standard swap in my 91 civic hatch cx model. All of the parts came from a 89 civic fourdoor dx model. Everything worked out perfect except now the car wont start. I know of the special little tricks you gotta do to get the auto interior harness to let the key come out of the ignition and also to send power to the starter by jumping the two big wires on one of the plugs by the shifter assembly. Is there possibly a fuel pump relay or fuse? because as i turn the car over, i put a test light on the power wire for the fuel pump and its getting nothing. Or is there something i missed for the auto to standard conversion? and if this affects anything, when i swapped the transmissions/shift linkage/axels i also swapped the engine harness to the manual one.

Any help is appreiciated

Sounds like some other sort of safety switch. If the fuel pump has no power that means the main relay somehow isn't getting power from the ignition switch. look for a wiring diagram that shows what happens between ignition switch and the main relay. all this is assuming the car didn't have starting problems before ( should mean main relay is ok).

the car drove into my garage before the swap, and it ran awesome, no cels or anything. And no for now i kept it dpfi. Im gonna search up wiring diagrams or i am almost tempted to just run the power for the fuel pump off the ignition. I did try the ignition relay out of the 89 sedan in the 91 hatch and still no luck. Theres gotta be something i missed.

What ECU are you using - the auto or manual one?

Did you ground the transmission? And do you even have a nuetral safety switch to plug in?

i am using the manual ecu, and on the auto interior harness there was no plug to plug into the pedal assembly for the clutch switch. I found out i had to jump a plug that was located where the auto shifter assembly was. The car turns over, but no fuel pump power. Also i tried switching a ignition relay out of my friends 91 cx (5spd) and still no fuel pump power. I am almost tempted to either swap the interior harness out of my parts car (89 four door 5spd) into the hatch or just splice into the ignition to get power to the fuel pump. Any ideas guys? from what ive heard if you run the auto ecu with the 5spd setup there is more things you have to do to get the car to at least turn over and run.

Also what i ended up trying was i pulled a piece out of the auto shift assembly that makes the car think it is in park (a little white slider switch) and still no luck.
