Default Window trim?

I was wondering if anyone has an idea on how to restore the black trim around the front windows? I just used forever black to restore all the plastic trim (bumpers, ect...). Now i want to finish it off. I was thinking about taping everything off & just painting them on the car, but I was curious if there is a better way. Any suggestions?

you can get black trim paint that comes in a spray can. I got some at wal mart for about $5 and im sure you can find it at auto parts stores. It works pretty well and has nice finish and sure beats ordering new trim from dealer

So do you just tape it off and spray it on the car?

yeah I just taped it off and taped newspaper 3 feet or so around the trim to prevent overspray

good stuff...my buddy with an eg hatch has the same problem...i helped him try and scrape it all off so we could paint it but it was way too hard and as much as we got done, we felt like we were getting nowhere. i'll suggest it to him and give it a try also
