Something is wrong with my Turn Signals.
i have posted this awhile back in the electrical forum which didnt go so good. i turn to the EF forum and hopefully someone can help me.
the problem im having is my turn signals. at one point both my signals work. on some days only the driver side works and the pass. side would just click click click but no lights would blink. then a few seconds into it, it would blow the fuse along with the fuse to the hazard. i replace both fuse with the 10amp and it would blow the fuses again. so i blow about 10 fuses now. i checked my wires to see if there are power wire expose to ground which i did not see..now my signals dont even work at all! and the fuses are still good.
could it be the combination switch at the steering column? any relays for signals anywhere?? i need it working again in order to drive my car cause i dont wanna get pulled over for not signalling..(i use my arms out the window)

Aren't you running your "city lights" or "DRLs" off your blinkers? If so, you're wiring has some how [freak]ed something up most likely, and more bulbs are pulling more amps which the wiring is not designed for.

On the Si's and EX's the intermittent wiper and turn signal circuitry are together in a box on the back of the cabin fuse panel.
I replaced mine to fix my intermittent wipers and all the problems with my turn signals acting weird were fixed.
When I opened up my old intermittent wiper/turn signal assembly, I found the board was blackened like a catfish:
According to the factory service manual, this is what causes turn signals to act schizophrenic.
