Default Rear disc brakes on a 4th gen. hatch?

I have heard it is possible to upgrade to rear disc brakes in my hatch by grabbing some from an old CRX. I was wondering if anyone had some good info on how to do this? Also, anyone know how reliable the swap would be?

Thanks for any help.

I am getting ready to do this swap this weekend, I took the whole deal, the trailing arms with the hubs still attached and putting them on the car instead of swap just the hubs, alot of work. Also grab the e-brake cables and the prop. valve, I'll let you know how it goes.
