Hey guys so I just bought a 1991 Honda Civic DX Sedan, but the guy who sold it to me said that he didn't have a pink slip. Instead, he had a certification of lien sale. On the Certificate of Lien Sale there is an "AUCTION SALE AND PROCEEDS" section, where it says "2.billing and costs were A.Towing B. Storage C.Repairs D.Cost of Selling" part, do I have to pay those fees (highlighted in the picture) when I register this car in the DMV? Thanks in advance.
