Problems replacing a lug nut stud 91 Honda Crx
im having problems replacing a front passenger side lug nut stud on my honda. I already replaced a rear stud and it was like cutting ham. But the front ones cant be removed or have new ones put in :/ there just isnt room for them to fit. any ideas?

you dont need to remove the hub. Cut the old stud off, and use a air hammer to pop the stud out the back side of the hub. To install the new one, grind one edge off of the stud and push it in, air hammer the new one in.

All my front studs have Jenny replaced in the manner as civic1717 described, haven't had any problems with this method, I've been autoxing this setup for 4 years now

You dont "cut" the new stud you grind 1 side of the flange on stud flush, dont touch the spline or the threads and than it will press into the clear the hub

Do you know if this works if installing extended wheel studs also?

Doubt it, the hub will probably have to be pulled for extended. Grinding one side of a stock one works wonders though.
