dash painting?
im looking to paint my dash from the ugly blue to another and was wonder how well spray painting will work and how it should be prepped?

clean really the areas to be painted really well with a mild detergent use paint adehisve promoter and use a spray paint designed for interior panles,plastic trim

thanks for the tip, im gonna try regular spray paint on extra interior pieces i have laying around just to experiment

cool just make sure to use the adhesive promoter because the paint will not always cling to the material and any slight scratch will expose old paint

Dont use exterior paint, it comes out like ****. Dupli Color makes interior paint that works great I have done a few dashes that came out, looking almost OEM. But keep in mind your interior will smell for a week or two.

SEM spray vinyl dye. its expensive but if you do it right it will last forever and look like oe. it is like 13 bucks a can though...

I just used that on my blue interior....definitely will never use anything else. really good stuff...would post pics but I'm not at home.
