EDIT -
Reread your post.
Seems you wanted how to wire them properly to STOCK location.
A-23 goes to the stock OBD0 A-2
B-2 goes to the stock OBD0 A-18
A-26 goes to the stock OBD0 A-16

Re: obd0 to obd1 wiring
all those wires are whats coming off my ecu jumper to add the necessary things such as vtec, knock, o2, iab, etc... are you saying that the black, pink, and brown should not be coming off the jumper?

Re: obd0 to obd1 wiring
I'm saying the black, pink, and brown should be hard wired in the jumper to appropriate connector pins.
They shouldn't just be dangling there like the vtec, knock, iab, etc.

Re: obd0 to obd1 wiring
I'm with 4dr, something sounds weird. Those three wires should already go from the OBD1 plug to their proper pin on the OBD0 plug. There is no reason for them not to be already wired. That is the point of a conversion harness...
The only ones that should NOT be pre-wired are: O2(4 wires), Vtec(2 wires), Knock, Iab, and your CEL wires(2)
That's 10 wires.

Re: obd0 to obd1 wiring
B2 has nothing to do with the O2.
It is logic ground for the CYP and TDC sensor in the distributor.
there is no additional splicing - simply just B2 to A18.

Re: obd0 to obd1 wiring
thank you for all the help you have given me. i have b2 also hooked up to the o2 sensor because it says it on that diagram i was given. so what is the 4th wire that i use for my o2 sensor if im not suppose to use b2 for my 4 wire o2 sensor? im using a6, a25, d14, and b2 currently for my 4 wire o2 sensor. i got my car started up tonight for the first time and it wasnt throwing any CEL

Looks like you're using the Empyrean harness... If so, you actually don't need to connect these wires at all - they get their power/ground already through the harness. Just an example of a cheap copy jumper harness.
If you have any questions, PM me. We've installed a bunch of these.
