NGK extended reach spark plugs

I just want to know if you can use extended reach spark plugs (ZFR5F-11) on any honda engine? Are extended reach plugs safe on any engine? Thanks

well...extended reach plugs have longer tips...about 2mm longer than the stock ones. as i've read over the internet... these plugs offer free hp over stock because the burn is more efficient througout the rev range plus idle is better and the endine is more responsive. i use ngk bkr5e-11 spark plugs (oem) on my car, but i'm curious if i can use it on my engine (d13b) to give me more fuel efficiency... well oil prices are definitely soaring
