this is on a 91 civic std. long story short im not getting any power to my fuel pump. same thing happened 3 months ago so i replaced the main relay with a known good one, a new fuel pump and cleaned off some of the wiring and everything was A ok. the over the past few days would randomly die and not restart after a few minutes, then it would start back up and run perfectly fine. well it finally died again today so i tested the voltage to the pump and im getting zero volts. ive checked spark and even pulled the fuel line off the fpr and im getting zero fuel coming out of the line. i cant here the pump prime either. i need some serious help or a wiring diagram to show what wires are coming off the main relay to the fuel pump so i can try and replace them!

These used 88-91 relays can be intermittent. Maybe the one you are using is now bad as well. Try re-soldering the points on the relay board to see if that helps.

I'm not 100% on this but your main relays I believe are 2 sided main relays. Symptom your describing is a bad relay. Ill try and post a wiring diagram later for you

ive tried 2 good known relays and the car is doing the same thing as with the current known relay in the car.

checked the grounda there all good, was screwing aorund with the wring underneath the car (when i say screwing around i mean i jiggled some wires) and hear comes the pump priming and ****er started right up. i hate this car
