CRX brake lockup, need help
I just finished up my rear disc conversion on my crx, I also added a larger master cylinder and a bigger brake booster, not sure what car they came off of originally.. anyways the car drove great at first, the brakes were awesome but after a while i noticed that it felt like the brakes were rubbing a little bit, they got tighter and tighter until the car wouldn't even move unless you basically floored it in first. any ideas why it did this or how to fix it?

Re: CRX brake lockup, need help (lilbastrd)
could be a bad caliper or if the master cylinder is held on a bit from a missajusted pedle it wont alow all the fluid to return to the resovior holding the brakes on a bit. Jack up the car see which ones are tight. If you crack a bleader screw(releasing the pressure) and it turns easy after then check the master, if it makes no difference you need a caliper. the problem will be worse when the brakes are hot, so check them then cuz its easier to find.

just my front two calipers froze up, it's possible that I might have the pedal misadjusted but wouldn't all four brakes lock up then?
