Jdm glass roof
Okay I did a search and got nothing, just a few questions.
1. Are they that hard to find?
2. Are they that hard for a body shop to install?
3. Last, would it be a performance problem because I have the gsr swap, body flex?

Re: Jdm glass roof (crxtreme89h)
Although I've never done the "change-over", I've got to say that it would be difficult due to availibility of some parts that I've got to assume you can't re-use. (I've done a re-skin of the roof on my hatchback, skylight to STD)
What would consern me would be the seal that goes around the glass and seals it to the opening. You could only get one at a Japanese dealer.

well, performance, it wouldn't hurt that much, but its a lot heavier than really thin metal, and its high up on the car too. but of course, its more of a show piece.

its going to slow you down. id consider that a performance problem.
but its amazing and something not done too often in the automotive world.
it will def turn some heads, but again, glass is pretty heavy.

It looks like it would crack if the body flexed the wrong way just because there has to be some fabrication to get it in that the japan cars dont have to have because it came with it. thats just my opinion... I would rather buy a registered rhd glasstop crx.
