JDM ef9 front end fitment
I have a 91 civic hatchback and i was wondering if i can put on the jdm front bumper, hood, headlights, and the front bumper filler without getting the radiator support "T-Bar". What does the T-Bar do does it help it connect better or something.
Basically im wondering if i can get everything except the T-Bar and stil have a good fitment.

It can be done. Trust me... it wont be easy or "clean" . We did it to my friends rex. Basically it took us 2 hours to get everything on but, 4 hours of bangin and bending to fab that thing to work. Oh yeah and also the hood wont close correctly! Just find that piece..it'll be better in the long run.

Yes it can be done. Its not that bad and you dont realy need the "T" bracket. You just have to alingen the hood latch on the hood.

Radiator support or "T" bar, wether USDM or JDM doesn't matter, they are both the same and will both need modifications to fit your USDM car.

exactly right. on a hatch you will need to shim the hood latch back and the bottom striker forward so they align correctly. longer bolts and spacers works for the t-bar and slotting the holes on the hood latch works to get that to slide back further.
it's this way on my car and i am sure hundreds of others.

Re: JDM ef9 front end fitment (Crx Jimmy)
Will it be ok if i just get the bumper first or should i get the bumper and the filler piece. Later im going to get the headlights and the hood.

if you get the bumper first, that will bolt right up.
the filler piece wont work unless you have the headlights.. and the headlights wont work unless you have the hood.
the fenders are the same, with the exception of the holes for the side markers (IMO, a waste of money)
the corner lights are different, the JDM ones snug up a little closer to the headlights, and are clear.. they also dont have blinkers in them at all, just running lights.
and forget about the T-bar.. like everyone said.. you dont need it. you have to modify the location of the latch no matter what.
