hey, I bought this B16a JDM J1 transmission from a guy. He told me that it was an LSD tranny. I am trying to figure out whether it actually is or not. Are J1 trannys LSD? Also, what would I be able to look for on it, visually, that can tell me if it has an LSD or not.

I know its kind of a stupid question, but I need to figure this out ASAP.

I have a J1 and its not lsd. I do not think the J1 ever came with LSD factory. A limited slip diff could have been swapped in there tho... check the link to check for lsd

only jdm cable b series tranny's to come with lsd from factory was Y1 and YS1

All the info I needed guys. I indeed looked through it, and it has the pin through it so it does not have an LSD in it. Thanks a bunch.
