installing inline fuel pump, where is the relay
i'm trying to install my airtex inline pump but can't find the fuel pump relay. i know it's some where by the fuse box, i can hear it clicking when i turn the ignition on but dont know which on it is. does any have any picture of what the relay looks like. which wire do i tap into and should i use another relay for the inline pump or just tap the line directly to the factory relay.
thanks,
thanks,

It is almost right behind the hood latch release. Held on by a 10mm bolt and a U-shaped bracket I believe. Also almost right underneath the coin box thing that flips down right there.
Search for Main Relay if this doesn't help you out.

i very rarely have the ign on if the car is not started...it is on the ign wire not the acc wire with the radio and stuff...it's been like this for a while...the key has to be in the second position for the pump to come on

i plan to get a msd inline pump...im getting it cuz ill be running n2o..
i was thinking that i could connect it to a switch so i can run it only during hard driving conditions and using the n2o.
that way it wont be on all the time.but...when it is off will my stock pump have to push harder to get through the inline pump??
lemme know

Where would be a good place to put the inline? I saw over at forced Iduct that a guy had it in between the fuel filter and rial.

yea im going to put it there also the use 2" black rubber plumbing connection and zip ties to tie it to the strut bar...less vibration
