Default injector question

can i use the injectors from a 94 z6.. on a obd0 zc... the plugs are different i was wondering if i can cut and switch

I believe you would have to remove your resistor box...and plug a jumper harness in its place.

Thanks for the reply im just going to get some obd0 injectors to make it eaiser... or are the obd1 better?

No idea. I believe the only difference is weather or not you need the resistor box. BTW: You can still find brand new OEM CRX injectors (made by Keihin) on e-bay (or other places) in a Bosch box. I think the part# is 4920565, but please verify 1st.

Ended up using ones i already had they were on my b7.. and one has a crack on the plastic part where the gas comes out..it runs fine..

runs fine is not the same as runs right. d15b7 is obd1 so you still need to remove the resistor box. saturated injectors are considered better than peak/hold injectors, so nothing wrong with using OBD1 injectors. just the resistor box has to go.

Ok then not from the b7 because obd1 has different plugs... i had them laying around and they worked... i dont want to have to chop up the harness.. yet.
