Default honda bond substitute

i'm gonna take my valve cover off tonight to strip it..but i need honda bond for around the cam seals, right? is there anything that i can pick up at wal-mart that's the same stuff as honda bond?

Alright, how about for my oil pan? should i use honda bond? Permatex gray or coper..i read that the coper is good for oil areas, like the oil pans

i don't use it on the valve cover, i guess i should.. but i've removed my valve cover about 5-6 times on my b16a, and no problems.. but use hondabond..

rubber gasket + sylicone = leak

if you can not get honda bond most auto parts stores has the equivalant to it, i got mine at Autozone and it has the Honda bond part number on it as a referance

permatex gray; this is what the Honda dealers use, in fact it's what they gave me when I ordered the Honda stuff!
