Have to wait 15 min. to start after turning car off!?
89 1.5. After starting car, if i turn off the car and then right away try to start the car it just cranks over but no start. I have to wait 10-15 minutes before it starts again. it could be after a commute or just start and stop. Any body have or know of this issue? runs good and good gas mileage. Thanks.

Look for threads on "Main Relay." Sounds like the typical culprit, and if you have a soldering iron or access to one this will cost nothing to attempt to repair.

main relay... plugs in under dash.. take plastic cover off and look... usually obvious when all the points are melted together, can either resolder or buy a new 1 for like 30-40 bucks.
if the relay checks out ok, could also be the ignitor in the distributor, but its very doubtful

Thanks Honda-Tech Bros! did it and been driving and seems to be the culprit! Had a hell of a time getting it out. left it in the fuse bow area. thanks again!
