This must be in the dash fuse box correct ?
What does it say that fuse is for in the descriptoin on the fuse panel ?

The computer at work say it goes to the cluster, what doesn't work in your car with this fuse blown ?

right now i got an electical troibleshooting manual
the Fuse 14 goes into the gauge assemby ,, it s a 10 amp
it also goes into a BLK/YEL cable (C407) that separates into the EACV, alt voltage regulator, PGMFI main relay, ECU and TDS sensor....also into the jumper conector, purge cutoff sol valve and ELD.... if i were you since the alt volt reg its into the same fuse i will check it.. bc all these components are after the fuse and not before... wich means they get power when u actually put the car on ON....
sorry i dont have a scanner for this page, but ask me for further questions.. i got this electricalk manual from a honda shop that its awesome...

also says its the gauge assembly , engine sensors and controls... check them...

Pull the plug on the alternator and see if the fuse blows.

I recently had that problem on my 98 hatch. I ended up having to run a new wire from the plug on the top of the left front shock tower and teed into the lead on the primary O2 sensor heater. There was a short somewhere in the engine wiring harness, and I bypassed it with this wire. I tried unplugging the various sensors that ran off that power feed, 1 at a time, while checking the fuse to see if it was blown, and it was none of the sensors. Now the 1990 will be totally different, so you'll have to do some digging, but chances are thats the problem.

Sorry for the delay!!!!!!!!!

Managed to dig it up

Shows Voltage regulator
Emission control solenoid
Main Relay
ELD unit
EACV

Listen to Brain G from hasport!!!!!
Upplug all these items:
Voltage regulator
Emission control solenoid
Main Relay
ELD unit
EACV

drop a new fuse in turn the key on, What happens ?
A) if it blows the fuse again....... you have a short to ground
B) if it doesn't blow the fuse plug one thing in at a time till she blows. Then you have found it

You said you had the helms on pdf ?

All I do is open up adobe or what ever and look at the pic right.

make sure adobe is the active screen. hit Alt print screen
Go to paint and go edit paste.....
You will have a screen dump of just that window
Cut what you want and send her on its way
