black bracket on 90 si
can anyone tell me what the black brackets in front of the fender well are for. i have a 90 crx Si. does i need these and what are they for

Might need a little more info on exactly where it is you are talking about. Are you talking about item #23 in the picture below, the tow hooks that mount on the inside front of the frame rail?
