Default Error codes, 14, 3 and 4? Please help

My car has been idling a little off lately. FYI it is a d16y8 wired for obd1 running off a p28 ecu. I recently cleaned the iacv valve with carb cleaner to fix the idle and now i am getting three error codes. The car is running really crappy and is throwing 14, 3, and 4 errors. Does anyone have any suggestions ? I checked the connections to the map sensor, iacv and tps all seem good.

My 02 sensor is about fairly new, less than 6k on it. had to replace when swapping cause the other one got damaged in shipping.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks

Hey cbrman....

Dude, that sucks to hear about...

You mentioned that you checked the tps, map, and iacv connections, right? Well, code 4 is your crankshaft position sensor, did you check that? Try resetting teh ECU... my IACV never seemed to work right for me anyways. Unfortunately a new one is lots of $$$ and I never could find one at a wrecker... anyways, try resetting teh ECU and let us know!

Well i didnt have much time, had to come to work at 5 today. It was only throwing codes 14 and 4, and i pulled the map sensor connector and put it back on while it was running and then it started throwing code 3..........

I am gonna try resetting my ecu and see what happens. Will let ya know.

I will check all the vacuum lines, but i dont think anything is wrong with them. I have been driving the car for almost a year with the swap and its just now giving the problems.

Thanks for the advice.

Ok well i reset the ecu and i am still getting an error code #4 (crankshaft position sensor). I will check the wiring to my dist and see if one of the connections went bad.

This is frustrating......
