So I got the wiring diagram but it's a little wrong. To the climate control there are 6 wires; 1 ground black, 4 blue (that is one for each speed setting), and a green wire that has no power to it at any time. It is not shown on the wiring schematic, is this where the power should be?

Also, is the blower motor self grounded? There are only 2 wires to it. 1 always has power, the other is the lead from the climate control blue but there is no ground. Is it self grounded? I am going crazy, It snowed the other day....

It should go to the resistor module/box/dealio

There are 6 wires like you said. The green wire comes from the AC switch. The motor is grounded through the resistor/fan switch. There will not be continuity from the motor to ground if the switch is in the off position. Turn it to position 4/high and you should have continuity from the motor to ground.

Did you check the fuse?

If you turn the switch to max air or high, you're supposed to get power. If not, your problem is going to be on the blu-blk wire from the blower motor, the blu-wht wire from the fuse to the blower motor, or the ground. i would check the fuse first (#19), then check for loose grounds, then check for loose wires (blu-wht / blu-blk) at the blower motor.

If you do get power when you have the air on high or max, your problem is going to loose or corroded connections in the climate control panel, or loose, broken or corroded resistors in the blower motor stepped resistor.

Power is coming from the blu-blk wire. The green wire is for the AC switch. When you turn the blower motor on, it basically applies power to the AC. Basically preventing the AC to be running without the blower motor running.

so essentially to the blower motor; blue/black is negative (resisted if not on max high) and blue/white is power?

You seem to understand how it works. If you pull out the 2-pin connector from the blower motor, and the ignition is on, the Blu/Wht wire should have 12v to chassis ground regardless of what position the fan switch is in.

so the blower isnt working...the plug has no power at all?

got it. there is power to the blue/white. so I will check the ground today. if it is good i will try hooking up the blower directly to positive and ground, and if that doesnt work i know i have a bad blower motor. thanks guys. im off to the shop

yep, wiring is all good and the motor is bad. i kicked it and it started running slowly and off and on. harness is good. thank you all

glad its working. shoulda tested the blower first tho lol...
