Does anyone know if these upper control arms are any good
These are adjustable going on my track car only, looks like the clearance will be no problem with the upper inside fender, anyone ?

I too only see how it adjusts caster
Very odd. Can't say I've ever seen control arms like this before

I don't necessarily see a problem with the idea behind this design provided that the bolts are a reasonable grade but the thought that it is essentially a stock arm cut and rewelded with plates and shims incorportated costing $500 is absurd (to me anyway). I still have ingalls "cam bolts" on my arms and they do the same thing with the only difference being the range is limited by the cam effect.
I would pass on these personally.

i run my car at -3.5 camber and have been using camber bolts that make's it hard to fine tune at the track, looking for something easy to adjust

I have the SPC style adjustable ball joints on mine. I want to say mine are actually Raybestos brand but they look identical to these SPC's:
They seem very high quality to me and are about as easy as it gets to adjust camber. Literally loosen the retainer nut (it's the "slim" design like in the picture) and slide the whole spindle in/out as you wish. The retainer nut deal above the arm doesn't stick up very high at all like on the old style.

It might still be close to touching on the new style for all I know but I'm not slammed and don't have them pulled out to full correction. Even at that, that "lip" that the arms would hit had already been trimmed out of my car anyway. So these wouldn't hit regardless

No, not ever, I would never consider these, why would you? Too flimsy for my uses.

I have the higher end skunk2 ones.
They work well and the bushings have lasted.
I recently saw some tubular style ones but forgot the brand
I would get those because they look cool and strong.
But to be honest, since the skunk ones have not broken. I would stick with the skunk2

Looks like the Moog replacement arms I just put on my 89 Si project. Looks like a pretty janky setup though.
Hardrace, Truhart both have kits out and PCI should be releasing there kit soon.

Truth is not even race cars run them.
Get polyurethane or harder rubber.
If you got skunk2 pro series, they will already perform better than worn oem. And those have reinforcement plates welded on

Going to run some autox and mostly time attack at VIR, Summit Point and a few others, I was going to go with aurora bearings.

Are you building the spherical kit yourself? Kingpin and PCI both have some available. Comes down to cost and a couple other things really.

I used to run revo technica. They were good for the street, but couldn't handle track abuse.
I see you've made your choice but figured I'd chime in for future readers.

Re: Does anyone know if these upper control arms are any good
I put the skunk2 in and ran them straight out of the box, with -3.5 camber, just going to leave them like they are, improved my tire temps, as the temps were as good as i have ever seen them. If it ain't broke don't mess with it.
