Default D16z6 swap problems, Im thinking injectors!

Hey guys,
a simple DPFI to MPFI, OBD0 to OBD1 swap is proving the be a harsh customer, so help out where you can. Heres the story:

Nuke the stock D15 DPFI and had a complete D16z6 from my pal. Swapped it in without too much trouble. I wired the car using both -
(http://hondaswap.com/swap-articles/d...writeup-49557/) & (http://www.fourthgenhatch.net/mpfi.html). Now we have a problem...

I have power to all 4 injectors...
I have spark on all 4 cylinders...
I do not have the injectors signals from the PCM...

This leads me to believe that the PCM (ECU) is not transmitting a signal to the injectors. Is there anything I am looking over?

what ecu are you using? stock p28 i assume, if not and you are still using an obd0 ecu then you need to use your resistor box from the old wire harness. i am assuming that you already thought of this since you mesntioned obd1 in your post. but its just one of those simple things that you seem to always forget when you are swapping a motor, i hope this helps and good luck!
