what up all. so in my never ending quest for performance on my daily, i come to you with a question. who is running delta cams in their d16. i have been emailing delta and they told me that their 260 and 272 are great for street. right now i currently have the basic mods, i/h/e. everything is stock and its prolly gonna stay that way. anyways my question is i have been reading about the 272 bad on stock valvetrains, but then delta says they are fine? can anyone tell me which is right. and also your opinions. i have the option to get a sohc zc head with cam. what i was thinking is since the heads are pretty much the same, and i heard that the zc is a lil more performance cam, should i rock the zc cam right now, get my a6 cam regrinded to 272, and redo the valvetrain on the zc? or should i get the 260 cam, run it with stock valve train and figure where i'd like to go from there??
i was thinking of getting a y8 IM and boring the throttle body in the future as well. thanks all
