I am replacing the cv axle on my passenger side, how far in does the new seal seat? Should I just stick it on the end of the new cv axle and push it in or seat it first then put the axle in? I popped a blood vessel in my eye getting the damn spindle nut off, I was pulling up so hard on the breaker bar the front end of the car came off the ground and the wheel kept spinning, I finally had someone sit on the front of the car and just stood on the breaker bar. I'm also planning on doing my radiator this week, does anyone know the stock radiator size? I keep seeing radiators that are 26 or 22" cores, I don't want to have to modify anything, just drop and go.

I'm not sure what seal you're talking about. Tightening the bolt doesn't push the driveshaft any further into the transmission if that's what you're asking. Slide the driveshaft into the transmission until the metal ring locates, then put the outside into the hub. Tighten the hub nut with a breaker bar, no need to go crazy, then use a chisel or flat head screwdriver to punch in the nut so that it wont undo itself.

The cv axle seal on the trans. I know you can't really tighten the axle, you just push it is till it is snug up against the housing.

Apply oil to the lip of the axle seal. Install seal into trans, tapping it in until flush with the trans case. Then, install your axle. Take special care not to contact the lip of the seal when putting the axle in or you risk damage to the new seal.

for the radiator you are best off buying one made for your car. i have worked on hondas for nearly 15 years and i could not tell you what size core my crx has, but it DOES have a radiator that is designed to fit a crx.
