CRX seat belt light question
I have a quick question. since i put an 89 si crx seat in my 90 crx (dx) drivers side and there is no current buckle to put my seat belt in, only passenger side buckle. the seat belt light keeps flashing and its so annoying! i tried unplugging the wires that hook to seat belt inside door panel.. and it still does it. so now i have the bezel partially off but idk if theres a plug in there or no cuz it looks like all the gauge "pictures" like check engine, seat belt, and hatch/door sybolms are all run off one plug.. so if i unplug it none of them will light up? or is there a way to get just the seat belt one to stop? can someone help me please..

Do you still have the old seat? If so go unbolt the buckle and put it on your new seat. You can also open up the seatbelt reminded light housing and unplug it there, but first get a seat belt buckle! atleast take the passenger side buckle and dont let passengers sit up front untill you get another buckle.

Re: CRX seat belt light question
Well i already had the light near the rear view mirror (that i dont even have) haha and unplugged that and it still does it. I dont have the original seat but i do have the buckle and i was just looking closer and i can now see that the guy before me cut the wire that connects w. the buckle under the seat to where its barely visible from the floorboard and on the buckle its cut also near the top (really really short) i guess i could try and wire it up then put the buckle on the seat somehow.. it will be hard to do from the looks of it..
