clutch problem HELP!!!!!!!

clutch problem HELP!!!!!!!
ok i just finish up changing a clutch out for a b16a crx. and when its not running it can get into gear with no problem. but once its running it won't even get into gear. if u try reverse all it does it grind. and i was wonderinn what could it be? has new throw out bearing and pilot beraing. new flywheel, clutch, and pressure plate. anyone know what could be the problem? i tried adjusting the clutch cable but it still doesn't go into gear. i'm stumped. please help me. Thanks

Did you put the throw out bearing in right?
I just did the clutch like 3 weeks ago in my hatch I pulled the motor out to do it...I thinks its easier. Anyway I put it all back together in the car and evrything and it did the same thing yours is doing.
You have to get that spring in just right or it wont engage the clutch so you can put it in gear.

Check and double check your clutch cable tension. Something is causing the clutch to not fully disengage, which will not let the transmission stop turning so that you can put it into gear.
Sometimes the clutch cable will break a strand or two but not break in half, lengthening the cable by an inch or more. If this is the case, it won't feel like a broken cable, but adjusted all the way out it won't disengage the clutch.

well tomorrow i have to take the transmission apart again. to check if its right or not. i'm working in this car in school. so yea. i adjusted the clutch cable. still no go. so basically i'm going to take the transmission apart tomorrow. and the clutch kit is for a b16a. thats what the crx has in it. so yea i don't see why it can't work. but thanks for the feedback

after i put everything back together the shift fork on the transmission was stiff. and i was wondering what could cause that? and there was no pedal play on the clutch pedal. what could be a issue?
