Default Car won't start

What's up guys, I got a '88 civic sedan; my starter, alternator, battery, ecu, main relay work good BUT my car still won't turn on. It clicks in the relay but won't crank over. I even put a new starter n still didn't turn on, what you think can be the problem??

If you mean it wont crank then check starter wire/fuse.
If you mean it wont start u have to check spark/fuel/Air/Compression/timing.

For future reference dont say wont "crank"over either say the engine will not crank or the engine will not start

Okay, it clicks in the relay twice, but won't crank, which wire? It's a new starter
