car violently shakes at 30 mph and over
Car is a 91 4 door sedan with coil overs. Was going to pull out of my drive way when i heard a loud pop and thats when yhe shakes started happening. I replaced everything from my axels to inner and outter tie rods and upper ball joints on both sides, as the bishing were completely shot. I dont know where else to turn. Only other thing i can think of is my alignment, which i know needs to be done. My wheels and tires were balanced before i even put them on the car. My motor mounts are fine.
If anyone could shed some lighg on something i might be over lookin, it would be very appreciated.

If it's speed dependent and everything else you stated is in good shape like you say, my next guess would be centered around the differential. Difficult to say without having heard or felt anything first hand but thinking logically through the drive train that would be next.
Would you be able to guesstimate where the pop came from? And have you checked that the arms themselves have no movement?

Everything is tight with no movement. Everything is literaly brand new. I think ive had this car up on a jack stands checking for movement in everything more times then ice driven the car.

Ive tripple checked everything... thats when i started replacing things. I even took the whole hib to get a new wheel bearing pressed in, old dude has been doing bearing for 30+ years told me my bearing and hub were fine... everything is new. Tight as can be. No weird movements at all.

A slightly out of balance tire isnt causing his wheel to feel "like its falling off" this is a more substantial problem
Is the car running equal length driveshafts? If so I would flip each to the opposite side and see if the vibration moves to that side
Are the rims stock rims? If not, are you running conical lugnuts vs the stock acorn style?

It is the tires in general. A bubble in the tire, a completely thrown weight, or a bent rim. I'd hope they would find the issue when balancing.

Doesn't matter how old or new the tire is, go have them checked.
Maybe that 'pop' was a wheel balancing weight flying off and smacking into the wheel wheel.
