Any codes when it shuts off? Typically when it shuts off the lights on the dash shows battery light and a Check Engine Light. Check ecu for blinks or flashes. I can help with the codes and use my alldata.

Straight off my alldata it says Ignition output Signal. Check the ignition system. A) Check battery clamps are connected and clean and tight. B) Test the condition of battery through test if it holds a charge and continiuty C) Check Distributor WIRING and CONNECTIONs first do not assume its the dizzy. D) Remove the dizzy cap and check ignition coil E) Check ignition system fuse on passengers firewall in engine bay. See if burned and why it causes a short F) Follow the wire from ignition fuse for melted wire, exposed wire or unplugged connections. And as far as chipped pm6 on b18 check the right one it may be that. Not sure pic of ecu opened would be A LOT of help.

Make sure you guys all have proper grounds. Sometimes in swapped motors the stock ground is not good enough. add some rice wires if all still gos wrong. And buy your self an Ls manual. Check the codes its throwing keep the rug down while driving, some motors tend to throw alot more codes after its reach a higher temp.

code 15 = ignition output signal... check the wire connections on the igniter. if they are tight, igniter is most likely the problem. try to check with a known good igniter, as these are kinda expensive to replace
