i just wanted to know what the easiest way and cheapest to clean a block and head also the inside of the block too

can of engine brite engine cleaner and a wire brush for the outside...unsure about the inside though...!!!

i used aircraft stripper one time. melted and destroyed all grease. I didn't feel like buying anything so I used what I had. Just don't get it on your skin, it burns!

I am cheap I just goto walmart and get a few cans of oven cleaner ( the kind that foams) Spray it on and let it sit for about 15 min and wash off. You will be amazed how well it works and cheaper then engine cleaner.

im thinking about taking it to the car wash and pressure wash it but i dont know if the would create corrosion inside the block on the pistons walls

just clean out the cylinders and spray some wd-40 in there after you're done. Have fun.

and steel wool for the outside, after you clean it!...that, or one of those big wire brushes on the end of a powerdrill, perhaps
