Default b20 block strength?

Im doing a b20b swap in my 86 crx and someone told me the b20 block is weaker than the b18 block. i know the sleeves are thinner because of the larger bore. here is what he said

"btw when i say weakest I mean as far as the integrity of the block, the webbing around the base of the sleeves is far weaker than any of the other b blocks"

"part of the problem with the b20...because of the situation with the webbing around teh base of the sleeves, the only sleeves you can resleeve it iwht are stock style sleeves, if you are lucky, but most of the time the material around the base of the sleeves just cracks.....or ends up leaking less than 10k miles or so after install..."

"the only sleves that you can use on the b20 are the Stock style sleeves...which are barely better than stock...ductile iron sleeves...but they are nowhere near the strength of an M.I.D. or t-sleeve kit."

I have no reason to doubt him this is just the first ive heard of this and was wondering if anyone had some input.
