b18 pistons/rods same as b16 pistons/rods?
Are the stock b18 pistons and rods the same diameter and length as the b16 pistons and rods?

No, if they were you would have the same motor. That is why there are engine codes. Please search next time. Thanks for playing......

rod lengths:
b16a=134mm
b18c=138mm
b18a/b=137mm
all STOCK b series pistons are 81mm except the 84mm b20b/z
