i need to find out which wire is the door is open/keys in ignition/no seatbelt sieren mine wont shut off and id rather just cut the wire than find the loose ground

If I remember correctly - there is a plug under the door panel that did the trick as well. Let me know if this is a sufficient info. Good luck.

i cant read the diagram its to small, i did it on my ek years back but i remember a brown wire or something and i just cut it the beep isnt followed with any lights which to me is wierd cuz i thought it was all part of the same thing.

so this is wierd.. if the door is ajar the noise goes away, when its closed the seatbelt doesnt retract like its supposed to ( auto seat belts ) and the beep continues. im baffled by this because the door closed is supposed to stop the beep the switch on the door is still intact. and works i checked it with the dome light any one got any ideas im stumped.

the diagram above is for the UK cars which don't have automatic seat belts - their beeper is on the same switch as the dome light - the US cars have the beeper in the same circuit as the seat belt retractors which uses the door latch switch for the ground, not the dome light - this is US car diagram - looks like you could cut the blue/white wire from the ignition switch to the integrated control unit

The blue/white and white/blue wires go to the ignition lock cylinder and is a normally open switch. The switch is closed (voltage flows through it) when the key is inserted.

so which one would i want to cut ? the grn and red one? i see the beeper on the diagram i cant find it in my car?

No, you don't even have to cut any wires. Just remove the plastic under the steering column and you will see it under the lock cylinder. It will be one screw holding a black switch on it.

i found it but that wasnt the direct sensor switch , i started to diagonose my constant beep it was actually to let me know the seatbelt doesnt work so i took off the door panels poped out the female side of the plug in the door and saw the grn/red wire pin was bent outa place so i straightened it and extended the wiring harness into the door to prevent it from happening again.
