Default need help from the wire gurus

Ok let me start off with I have knowledge when it comes to wiring.*

I have a 1990 honda civic sedan and its wired on a push button an works fine with the push button just want to do away with it.
The car wont turn over or starter click or anything with the ignition. I have changed my ignition an starter relay and I have bypass the clutch signal sensor. Im still not getting anything. I dont get 12 volts to my starter signal wire when I turn the car over. Ive tryed everything does any one know what the problem is?

Im just wanting to do away with the push button and have the car work off the ignition
