89 civic Wagovan dpfi-mpfi obd0 to obd1 b20vtec swap

Did the swap , cranking not firing , getting gas and spark , if I switch the wires I get a back fire from intake , so I know I'm getting spark and fuel , checked cam timing and dizzy
