88 suspension question
I have an 1988 hatch, and im looking to buy a coilover set up for it. As you all know im sure, is that the 88 suspension is different in the rear than the 89-91 models, and im not seeing many suspension set ups that are made for the 88 rear end. so my question is, is if you take the lower control arms from a 89-91 model hatch, and put em in the 88, can you use the 89-91 shocks as well? i hope this is the case because not too many companies make shocks either for the 88, and in my opinion. the rear shock set up in the 88 is just plain retarded, and im glad they did switch it in 89. any feed back would be cool. thanks

Re: 88 suspension question
Thats the same thing I was going to do rather than get some used 89-91 Rear LCA's which theres nothing wrong with doing if new ones arent in your budget.
