are 88 crx and 89-91 crx rear control arms interchangable?
I am currently running 88 rex w/ factory suspension. I wanted to know if anyone out there has swapped 89 - up rear LCA in place of the 88 itr style LCA?

I did the opposite - swapped my 91's out for the ITR's.
Direct swap with perfect fit.
Just need the correct shock.

Yes... 91 was originally 'fork' style shocks.
Converted to ITR 'box' LCA's so I could run 'eye' mount shocks.
The geometry is the SAME from end to end.
The only notable change is the design scheme used for mounting the shock.

I see what your saying, 88 and itr's are the same. If thats the case then the lower control arms should be interchangeable.

so theres no disadvantage or advantage. it pretty much mounts on with a fork style 89-91, vs 88, itr style. same geometry. awesome! so I shouldnt have a prob swap'n the two. Thanx for the info peeps!!!
