Hate to be a plunger an bring up old **** but the crank pulley spec is off 15ftlbs for a d15b7 anyways MANUFACTURE Spec is 134ftlbs and that's straight out of the factory service manual

if not, where in the world can I find the info. I have searched a a few days and no luck.

This forum is for 1988 1991 civics. You have a completely different car.

I googled 2002 Civic shop manual and found a lot of online resources. The torque specs along with everything else are available if you search. I won't post links.
