Windshield wipers
when i turn on my windshield wipers to the first click whick is every so often they dont go, they turn on when i put them on low or fast but if i turn them off when the wipers are up they will stop there and not go down, I have to time it just right as soon as they go down i turn off the wipers. Does anybody know what this problem is, fuse delay, etc? Let me know thanks!
