Where is the horn located?
Where is the horn on a canadian 95 Civic EX located?
also does anybody know where I can buy a new one without going to the dealership?

Horn = behind the front bumper. Take the bumper off and you should see it. It will be on the radiator support (that's where it is on an EK). Go to a junkyard and pick a new one up. Or better yet get one of the 140db air horns instead.

EDIT: there should be two buttons. one on each side of the wheel.

I'd like to get one and wire it in so that it only engages if I hit both horn buttons. A special treat for the lipstick-applying dumb blondes who don't know what the colour green is.

I just got a 130 DB Electric horn, i cant wait to install it...anyway do anyone have horn wiring diagrams? Mine hasent worked since i got the car, and its not a fuse or anything. Theres a red wire thats cut haning on my feet all the time, that looks like it goes up by the steering column. I bet thats its, lol.

you should be able to reach it without taking the bumper off. just jack the front up and take off the plastic shield that goes on the bottom of the car.
