I was just wondering is it hard to switch to power door locks and power windows in the 97 dx. I have the roll up windows and the manual door locks and its going to get annoying during winter. also is it an expensive job? any inputs would be apreciated.

Read through that thread. It is not for your chassis, but will give you a basic idea on what you need. I typed in 96-00 Civic power windows on Google and got all of this
