tried all the method but then once i put it on .. on the 2 sides there would be a gap and the lip isnt touching bumper so it looks funny

Double sided tape from 3M, DO NOT buy cheap ****, you'll get what you pay for. Put a screw in the back of each side of the lip (in front of your front tires) into your bumper. That should hold it just fine.
