Default VTEC NOT WORKING

Im having some vtec issues. my vtec was working then it just stop kicking in. and from time to time it kicks in and stops. there is a check engine light due to the o2 sensor, could that affect the vtec from kick in?

clear your codes, check your oil level, and try again.

what codes are you getting? that willh elp alot.. did yuo swap?? year of vehicle? let me know .. o2 sensor will most likely not effect it.. but it will throw your light on if you have a pre OBD2 ecu/ like a 92-95 civic with a b series.. you can take a wire and connect one end to the terminal and jump the other end to the other hole in the terminal.. located under the passenger side dash.. above the kick pannal area.. turn your car to the on position. and your check engin light will flash.. short flashes =1.. long flashes =10, so if it goes long short short short.. thatrs 13

dude what the hell is your problem and you used that picture of the lock in 3 different threads now..</TD></TR></TABLE>

Look at the threads I posted the locks in, they should be locked. Let's be honest, anyone saying they're VTec isn't working hasn't had a problem anyone hasn't had sense the beginning of H-T.

On a brighter note, your bananas' are funny

Doesn't the ECU go into LIMP mode when there is a CEL? And once it goes into LIMP mode VTEC doesn't work.

Fix your CEL, VTEC will return.
